Parashat Beshalach / פרשת בשלח

This is a time of rest, a weekly time of rest, commanded by Yahweh. The seventh day of each week we are to make that day a time to rest our mind and bodies. No pursuit of earthly matters, it is Shabbat, the Sabbath day as declared by YAHWEH. Review Exodus 20:8-11 (Shemot) and Deuteronomy 5:12-15 (D’Varim).
